Lauren was so kind, helpful and professional throughout this entire process! We knew early on we were moving, so Lauren helped us look at a lot of options. Since we were completely unfamiliar with the area and the market here, Lauren's knowledge about Frederick and the housing market was extremely valuable and important to us. Without her we may not have considered certain options or ended up in the home we did, which we feel was the perfect match for us! Lauren treated us like family, and did not miss a beat to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. We are so thankful for her!

I'd also like to mention that Lauren was available to us whenever we needed her, and more than a few times this was very last minute! She got showings lined up for us whenever we needed to make a quick trip up here so that we could make the most of our time traveling a long distance with our toddler. She even offered to help watch him while we checked out houses if he fell asleep during those long afternoons of showings! When I say she treated us like family, I really mean it. We are so appreciative of how attentive and how timely she took care of us!

Lauren went the extra mile to find an inspector who could look at the house quickly to expedite the closing, get rough estimates of repair costs, and dig into more details about the house to help make a decision. She made the contracts and paperwork straightforward - especially important because we were remote. All in all, an excellent experience.

I am sharing the wonderful experience I had working with Lauren Kremers. Selling a house can be so stressful and the stress was lifted having Lauren involved in the sales process.
